How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a chat box that forgets you between sessions. A SaaSify digital employee has persistent memory of your business, authenticated access to your tools, defined SOPs, evals against your data, human supervision, and a job to do. ChatGPT is a typewriter; we ship the writer.

What happens if the agent fails or makes a mistake?

Every agent runs with human-in-the-loop checkpoints for anything irreversible — sending an external email, moving money, deleting data. Lower-risk actions are logged and reviewed weekly. If something still slips, your success manager investigates, ships a fix, and adds an eval so the failure mode is caught the next time. And if it never gets there: 30-day refund.

Do I need any technical skill to use this?

No. SaaSify is concierge-first — we do the building, you do the approving. If you can describe what a good hire would do in plain English and click "looks good" in a sandbox, you can run a digital employee. We built this specifically for non-technical founders.

Can it integrate with my existing stack?

Yes. Native integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Linear, Asana, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Intercom, Zendesk, and Google/Microsoft Workspace. For anything else we plug in via API or browser automation. If it has a login, we can usually drive it.

What's the SLA?

Solo: 24h business-hour response. Team: 4h business-hour response, 99.5% uptime target on managed runtime. Workforce: 1h priority response, 99.9% uptime target, named success manager available on Slack and phone. Incident credits apply if we miss.

What models and tools do you actually use under the hood?

We're model-agnostic. We pick the best-fit frontier model per task — typically Anthropic Claude or OpenAI GPT for reasoning, plus open-source models for cost-sensitive workloads. Orchestration runs on our supervised-agent runtime with built-in evals, observability, and rollback. You don't manage any of it.

How do you handle security and data privacy?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't train on your data and never share it cross-customer. Access is scoped per role with least-privilege OAuth and full audit logs. Workforce-tier customers get a private data plane and optional SSO/SAML. SOC 2 Type I targeted Q4 2026, Type II 2027.

What if I want to cancel?
